JAZAN, SAUDI ARABIA — Marked by the official signing on July 9th and under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz, Prince of the Jazan Region, Chairman of the Supervisory Committee of the Strategic Office for the Development of the Region and in the presence of His Royal Highness his Deputy the Prince Nasser Bin Mohammed, the Kingdom officially launched the $160 million (SAR 600 million) Tropical Fruits and Greenhouses Project.

Spanning one million square meters, this mega-development integrates 500,000 m² of high-tech greenhouses with 500,000 m² dedicated to tropical fruit cultivation.

The project brings together Green Belt United Inc., KUBO Group, Amtar Al Khair, Five Seas Trading, and Rose View Global to deliver cutting-edge climate control and closed-loop irrigation systems, reducing water use by up to 75%.

Following the signing, H.E. Hans Peter van der Woude, Ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to KSA, highlighted the strategic value of the coalition:

“The partnership between KUBO Group, Amtar Al Khair Agricultural Crops Company, Greenbelt MEA, Five Seas Trading Company and Rose View Global is an excellent example of how Dutch innovation and Saudi ambition are working together under Vision 2030.”

The development will create over 2,000 local jobs while establishing a sustainable, high-yield food ecosystem. As Ahmed Fahim, CEO & Founder of Green Belt United Inc., emphasized:
